We’re looking for a GCP Cloud Engineer to maintain, optimize, and improve client cloud environments. You’ll ensure systems run reliably and efficiently, automate repetitive tasks, and identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Handle incidents and ensure uptime, reliability, and security compliance.
- Identify areas for performance and cost optimization.
- Automate deployments and configurations using Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, or Ansible.
- Implement updates, patches, and small enhancements proactively.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to support scalable and efficient applications.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Skilled at troubleshooting and maintaining cloud systems.
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
